    These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Huntry s. r. o. as the operator of this website and customers who use the platform to book camping spots.
    A reservation becomes valid only after the full payment has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  3. Booking Process
    The customer selects a camping spot and date on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    After filling in the necessary details, the customer will receive an email with reservation confirmation and payment instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The reservation becomes valid only after full payment is received within 3 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Cancellation Policy
      If you cancel the reservation 3 or more days before your arrival, the full amount will be refunded within 5 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Less than 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.
      The latest time you can cancel your reservation to get a full refund is 2pm 3 days before arrival.
      Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the operator\u2019s contact address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, technical failure), in which case the full amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Prices and Payment
        All prices are listed on the website and they are final.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit\/debit card, or other available methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        A receipt or invoice will be sent to the customer via email after payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Liability
          The operator is not responsible for any damages caused by the customer or for service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., internet outage, natural disasters).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Final Provisions
          These Terms and Conditions become effective upon their publication on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
