These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Huntry s. r. o. as the operator of this website and customers who use the platform to book camping spots.

The customer selects a camping spot and date on the website.
After filling in the necessary details, the customer will receive an email with reservation confirmation and payment instructions.
The reservation becomes valid only after full payment is received within 3 days.
If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- Cancellation Policy
If you cancel the reservation 3 or more days before your arrival, the full amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
Less than 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100%.
The latest time you can cancel your reservation to get a full refund is 2pm 3 days before arrival.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the operator’s contact address.
The operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, technical failure), in which case the full amount will be refunded.
- Prices and Payment
All prices are listed on the website and they are final.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other available methods.
A receipt or invoice will be sent to the customer via email after payment.
- Liability
The operator is not responsible for any damages caused by the customer or for service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., internet outage, natural disasters). - Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions become effective upon their publication on the website.
The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
Legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Any disputes shall be resolved primarily by mutual agreement; otherwise, by the competent Slovak court.
